Celebrating two classic American brand-icons, Nike Skateboarding and Levi’s have teamed up for a collaborative collection due out this summer. Designed specifically for skateboarders, the collection highlights an updated version of the popular Levi’s 511 skinny with a Nike spin. Featuring premium sourced denim from the coveted Cone Mills, the slim-fit style features an industrial strength Vectran weave alongside Nike’s Dri-Fit moisture management system and Levi’s Waterless finishing process. Set to release in two distinct iterations, the jeans are available in the Made in the USA 511 Skateboarding Team Edition ($198 USD) and the 511 Skateboarding ($98 USD) version, both offered in a range colors and washes. Supporting releases include the Levi’s x Nike Omar Salazar LR Signature shoe ($85 USD) scheduled to drop on alongside with the Nike x Levi’s 511 on July 4, with an August 1 release for the remaining pieces including a Trucker Skateboarding Jacket ($100 USD), and a Nike Dunk Low Pro ($98 USD).
