In recent seasons, the “rimless goggle” has been the go to for exacting riders, looking to switch lens tints mid-day, as lighting conditions change. It was a step-up from the E=MC²-esq designs of yore, but nowhere near velcro-shoes-easy. Enter Burton’s optic arm, Anon, with it’s new 2013 ‘M1′ Goggle. Using Anon’s ‘Magna-Tech’ system, the M1′s lens is locked into place with 6 magnetic connection points, making switching lenses as simple as pull and pop. Video above, featuring Jake Welch, shows the M1 in action. Goggles available Fall 2012.
